Class And Workshop Policy
Due to the popularity of our classes & workshops, we have instituted the following guidelines to
guarantee space in our classes and to avoid last minute cancellations:
1. All classes must be paid for in full to reserve a space..
2. Refunds / credits will be made according to the following schedule:
* One week prior to start date: full store credit for another class or workshop.
* Less than one week prior to start: no credit.
3. Any classes cancelled by Ed's Emporium due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or lack
of enrollment will be rescheduled, or you will receive a store credit for another class or workshop.
* In cases of questionable weather conditions, a decision of whether to cancel the class will be
made 2 hours prior to class starting time. We will call the number you provide to notify you of a
cancellation.
* If class is not cancelled and you choose not to attend due to the weather, you will receive a
class credit provided you call ahead and let us know. Ed's Emporium phone number is (318)

4. Students that miss classes are not entitled to make up classes. Please check your schedules!
5. Class fees must be paid with Check or Cash. If you must use a credit or debit card we will add
a 4% fee to the class fee.
6. In order for us to teach a class we will need a minimum of 4 students enrolled. If a class does
not have the minimum number of students you will be contracted and rescheduled.
7. You will be required to wear closed toed shoes and safety glasses.
